Step 1: Download Non GST Declaration form from account section of your Flipkart affiliate account. Or you can use this editable word document:

Step 2: Now fill each required detail in this declaration form and save in .pdf.
Step 3: Login to your Flipkart Affiliates account head to “My Account” from left menu items.
Step 4: Under “Payment Details” tab scroll till end of page and you will find Non GST Declaration Form section.
Step 5: Attach the pdf that we saved in step 2 and submit.
